In 1979,
Philip B. Crosby founded a company that would make history by leading an
unprecedented, worldwide shift in the thinking and practice of “Quality
Management”.
Organizations achieve a pattern of “quality” results from a firm foundation
of basic principles – not from chasing short term fads made up of the
“latest” techniques and labels.
Clients in Asia Pacific
are served by Daniel Kwok, Phil’s long time friend and colleague since
1984. He continues Phil’s mission with customized education and advisory
services to meet the unique needs of today’s clients.
